Revolutionizing Crop Harvesting
Stripper headers have a real place in the future of harvesting.
Stripper headers have a real place in the future of harvesting.
I grew up on a farm and was always drawn to the mechanical side—maintaining, fixing, and understanding machinery. For the past 30 years, I have primarily focused on designing and improving draper and stripper combine headers. I believe there is untapped potential for a new flexible stripper header design—one that is easier to use, minimizes seed loss, and better follows the ground by flexing. Additionally, modern combines continue to push the limits of existing stripper headers, highlighting the need for innovation.
I'm developing the flexible header concept on my own time, which allows me to openly discuss it with farmers, operators, and anyone interested. Throughout my career, I’ve spent extensive time in the field testing harvest equipment, and I believe operators and owners are the best source for understanding real-world needs. If you have suggestions or questions, I’d love to hear from you!
